Troubleshooting Cisco Switched Networks Remote Labs v1.0
This set of lab exercises (lab bundle) contains all the exercises associated with the Troubleshooting and Maintaining Cisco IP Networks (TSHOOT) course. This course focuses on solving problems encountered in LANs and WANs typically found in medium or large networks, using Cisco switches and routers. It provides the learner with in-depth information on techniques for efficient and systematic troubleshooting and network maintenance best practices.
Hands-on lab exercises allow the learner to practice these troubleshooting techniques, to acquire the skills necessary to solve connectivity problems in complex IP networks, and further internalise the knowledge gained in TSHOOT course.
Upon completing this course, the learner will be able to select and implement the appropriate Cisco IOSŪ services required to maintain a scalable network. TSHOOT is part of the recommended learning path for students seeking the Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certification.

Importance
This lab bundle teaches essential skills required for troubleshooting and maintaining complex IP networks. It is therefore highly recommended to all students seeking experience in the technologies and practices covered in the TSHOOT course. The lab bundle is also recommended to students who have attended the TSHOOT course in the past and would like to improve or refresh their troubleshooting skills.
Target Audience
Network administrators and engineers facing everyday tasks of maintaining and operating complex IP network environments.
Prerequisite Knowledge
Students should possess troubleshooting skills in addition to understanding advanced routing and switching in IP networks to successfully complete these exercises. This knowledge is best gained by attending Troubleshooting and Maintaining Cisco IP Networks (TSHOOT) course. In case student is not familiar enough with routing and switching, Implementing Cisco IP Routing (ROUTE) and Implementing Cisco Switched Networks (SWITCH) courses are recommended.
